Nick is a highly experienced Capacity Planning and Performance specialist, with over 20 years of experience. He has delivered many high precision models of high value payment systems for the retail and banking sectors, and developed reporting standards so that documents are equally comprehensible to technicians and management alike. By early involvement at the development and testing stages, he has ensured that SLA's are met, even in exceptional circumstances such as major infrastructure migrations, operational failures, and when running from Disaster Recovery sites. He also has considerable experience in using performance metrics to aid in the investigation of incidents.
