Thomas is a highly experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience in developing structured capacity and performance models for diverse IT systems across e-commerce, banking, and telecommunications. He is currently a Client Director and Service Design Director at Capacitas, where he is responsible for leading clients towards optimal performance and driving the development of innovative solutions. Thomas has developed bespoke operational capacity management and reporting tools for multiple clients and has led and expanded agile performance testing processes for major clients, resulting in significant improvements in performance.
