Pricing

All pricing is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at the appropriate rate at the time of booking.

Quotation Validity

All online quotations are valid for 30 days.

Quotation Accuracy

All online quotations are subject to validation by Capacitas. Capacitas reserve the right to amend online quotations as necessary. Validated quotations must be requested at Step 3 of the quotation service and will be emailed to the customer.

Additional Discount

Additional discounts are available based on the quotation total for onsite courses. Eligibility for this discount is determined once all other discounts have been applied.

Course Availability

All courses are offered subject to availability. Changes to the course date, location or content will be informed no less than 10 working days prior to course date and the customer will be given the opportunity to cancel or change to an alternative start date or course. Course fees can be refunded in these circumstances, although Capacitas accepts no further liability.

Course Materials

Quotations for onsite courses assume that the customer will provide training facilities (dedicated training room, whiteboard, projector and projector screen) at location.
