Examination Brief
The examination covers topics from the ‘Capacity Planning & Management Processes’ course including Capacity Management Interfaces, service achievement models, an ITIL capacity management overview, performance and capacity management, the use of contract capacity analysts and outsourcing.
The examination measures each candidate’s understanding of capacity planning and management processes. The examination duration is 1 hour.
