Capacitas Accreditation Programme
The Capacitas Accreditation Programme is a unique offering that enables ICT capacity and performance management professionals to gain a recognised qualification. The programme is based around Capacitas's leading suite of training courses with accompanying examinations. Examinations are sat at the Capacitas Training Centre in Farringdon, London and are multiple-choice based. There are four certification levels available, which are described in further detail below.

Foundation Certificate in Capacity & Performance Management
Awarded for successfully completing the examination associated with the following course:- Capacity Planning: Tools and Methods
Capacitas offer a tutorial summarising the topics of the Capacity Planning: Tools and Methods course, in order to prepare candidates for the examination. Details of the tutorial may be found here.
Practitioner Certificate in Capacity & Performance Management
Only available to Foundation Certificate holders. Awarded for successfully completing the examination associated with any of the following courses. Certificates are awarded for particular subject areas.- IBM Mainframe Capacity and Performance Management
- Capacity Planning & Performance Tuning of Solaris/Linux
- Capacity Planning Microsoft Windows Server
- Capacity Planning & Performance Management of Web-based Applications
- Capacity & Performance Management of Storage Area Networks (SANs)
- Capacity Planning TCP/IP Networks
Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Capacity & Performance Management
Automatically awarded once a candidate has achieved four Practitioner Certificates.Manager's Certificate in Capacity & Performance Management
Only available to Foundation Certificate holders. Requires both of the following courses and a pass mark in both of the associated exams:- Financial Analysis for Capacity Managers
- Capacity Planning & Management Processes
