We have adopted in general the principles within the Code of Professional Practice of the Institute of Management Consultancy, on which we have based our own Code of Practice.
Capacitas is committed to ensuring the privacy of users and customers of our website and services; this policy describes our commitment to privacy.
The company's aim is to ensure that all of its employees and job applicants are treated equally irrespective of disability, race, colour, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, age, sex or marital status. This policy sets out instructions that all employees are required to follow in order to ensure that this is achieved.
Recognising that we inevitably impact the environment in a number of ways we are committed to minimising the potentially harmful effects of such activity wherever and whenever possible. The Capacitas Environmental Policy statement provides the foundation on which our environmental policy is based.
